This Shipping Policy explains how RoyalForge ChronoLab processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through https://royalforge-chronolab.myshopify.com/.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, order processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international destinations available at checkout.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to your location.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 5-15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, logistics conditions, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout when applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other local taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at evenelijah666@gmail.com. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the loss. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at evenelijah666@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at evenelijah666@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution according to our Refund Policy.
10. Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship items separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or logistics arrangements. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
11. Pre-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page or order confirmation. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.
